The extensive software AUTOSIEVE enables the automatic sieve evaluation with the Vibratory Sieve Shakers ANALYSETTE 3 PRO and ANALYSETTE 3 SPARTAN and with the Heavy Duty Analytical Sieve Shaker ANALYSETTE 18. AUTOSIEVE is largely self-explanatory and enormously eases the weighing and the evaluation of your sieve analysis.

AUTOSIEVE is easy to install and can be downloaded from here. All you have to do is to connect a laboratory analysis balance and then weigh the sieves before and after sieving using differential weighing. AUTOSIEVE will do the rest. The software enables the simple saving and retrieving of empty sieve weights, both of single sieves and complete sieve sets.

FRITSCH Advantage: by utilizing the Software AUTOSIEVE, the FRITSCH Vibratory Sieve Shaker ANALYSETTE 3 PRO can be controlled via a RS232-interface. All functions such as amplitude, sieving time, interval operation and type of sieving can be entered comfortably via the computer. The interface and AUTOSIEVE allow the monitoring of the sieving process via the online comparison of the set and actual amplitude and therefore an automatic validation of the sieving process.
